All data should be backed up frequently and securely. Backups should regularly be tested in line with the company's standard backup procedures.

Personal data should never be saved directly to laptops, portable drives, tablets, nor smart phones.

All computers and servers containing personal data should be protected by approved firewall and security software.

Personal Data use:

When personal data is accessed, it's use can be at the greatest risk of theft, loss, or corruption:

when working with personal data, employees, contractors, and others should make sure that their computers are always password protected and locked when left unattended.

personal data should not be shared with anyone who is not authorized to see them. Unless encrypted, they should never be sent by email, as most email communication is not secure.

data must be encrypted before being transferred electronically. The IT manager can explain how to send data to authorized external contacts.

personal data should never be transferred out of the European Union without appropriate consent, binding corporate rules, compelling legitimate interests, specific derogations, or other approved processes.

employees, contractors, and others should not save copies of personal data to their own computers or other devices. Always access and update the central copy of any personal data.

Personal Data Accuracy:

The law requires Five Star Services to take reasonable steps to make sure that personal data are kept accurate and up to date.

The more important it is that the personal data are accurate, the more effort Five Star Services should put into guaranteeing their accuracy.

It is the responsibility of all employees, contractors, and others who work with personal data to take reasonable steps to keep personal data as accurate and up to date as possible.

Personal data will be held in as few places as necessary. Company employees and contractors should not create unnecessary additional data sets.

Company employees and contractors should take every opportunity to make sure that data are updated. For example, by confirming customers' information when they call.

Five Star Services will make it easy for data subjects to update the information Five Star Services holds about them. As an example, by using the company website, Internet portal, or by phone.

Personal data should be updated when inaccuracies are discovered. For instance, if a customer can no longer be reached on their stored telephone number, it should be removed from the database.

It is the marketing manager's responsibility to make sure that marketing databases are checked and updated against industry suppression files yearly.

Subject Access Requests:

All individuals who are the subjects of personal data held by Five Star Services are entitled to:

ask what information the company holds about them and why.

ask how to gain access to it.

know how to keep it up to date.

know how the company is useting its data protection obligations.

If an individual contacts the company requesting this information, this is called a subject access request (SAR).

SARs from individuals should be made by email addressed to the data controller by using the contact information at the top of this policy. The data controller can supply a standard request form, although individuals do not have to use it.

The data controller will provide the relevant data within 30 days from receiving the request. The data controller will always verify the identity of anyone making a subject access request before providing them with any information.

Disclosing Personal Data For Other Reasons:

In certain circumstances privacy laws allow personal data to be disclosed to law enforcement agencies without the consent of the data subject. Under these circumstances I will disclose the requested data. However, the data controller will make sure that the request is legitimate and seek assistance from legal counsel if necessary.

Data Breach:

In the event of a breach of security leading to accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to personal data I will assess the risk to people's rights and freedoms and if required report this breach to the appropriate authority.

Providing information:

I do my best to make sure that individuals are aware that their data is being processed and that they understand:

how their personal data are being used.

how to exercise their rights under the law.

Licensed Reseller Information

Our reseller program allows people to resell over 60 of my popular ad submitters systems.

The reseller pays a $30 per month fee and gets to keep 100% of the money from all their sales. The $30 monthly payment is made up of 3 equal $10 parts. The first $10 goes to pay for past and future product research and development. The second $10 goes to maintaining the resold memberships by providing the members with no-cost upgrades, access to the GAS Help Desk, and other expenses related to maintaining the members and providing them with a good experience. The third $10 is profit for the company that is used to pay day to day expenses like the power bill, the employees, the network operations center, and equipment. It takes me six hours to build a reseller site so I ask that resellers make a six month commitment to cover my up-front expenses.

If the reseller wants to go on vacation for any amount of time, then they can switch from the $30 per month plan fee to a $10 per month maintenance only plan and their reseller pages will be temporarily deactivated but their hosting will stay active, when they are ready to resume reselling they'll be switched back to the $30 per month plan and the reseller pages will be reactivated. If the reseller wants to close their account and pay $0 per month then we'll close down their reseller site and hosting and then they can repoint their domain name to a different server.

1) Resellers can only use the advertising banners and resources that I create for them. If a reseller creates a banner that is for one of my products then it has to be preapproved by me and then becomes my property to use as I wish and to share with the other resellers. Click here to go to my Support Desk and request approval for a banner you made. Resellers can create their own ads as long as they represent the products and services accurately. I won't tolerate a reseller deceiving people, my products and services will sell themselves if marketed properly and honestly.

2) The reseller will not have access to the hosting packages where I store my code, my sales pages, or my submitters.

3) Resellers must sell the submitters as I have them set up and can not modify the prices or create bundles. They can offer "freebies" but that's between them and the buyer and has nothing to do with me.

4) Resellers are not authorized to use any of the submitters that they're reselling, PayPal doesn't allow you to buy from yourself and we're not giving you the right to use them, the only thing you're paying for is a reseller licese on a month by month basis in accordance with these rules.

If a reseller wants access to use the 60+ submitters for themselves there's a $60 fee for the bundle, that's under $1 each, Click here to request a payment button for the bundle. There is no fee at the help desk for this because we're asking you to write to me.

If a reseller wants access to use one of my submitters then I recommend that they join my mailing list and read my daily mail for great offers on my products and services. Click here to sign-up now.

5) If a reseller deviates from what they're authorized to do we'll cancel their reseller license and their hosting and they can point their domain at a different server. Depending on the severity of the violation I may also terminate their access to Global Ad Solutions and or Five Star Services products and services.

Is It Required That I Be On The Mailing List?

Yes, being on my mailing list is mandatory. Sign-up here if you are currently not on the list. We'll usually send a letter once or twice a day depending on how much revenue I need to run ads for the next day. We'll be sending information to help you with your marketing or to keep you posted on something important or maybe we'll send you an ad for one of my products and I send out a lot of free items.

Being on the mailing list is very important, but if you're not reading the letters I send you then it's kind of like you're not on the list at all. We're certainly not going to tell you that you have to read all my letters but a few a week would be reasonable, please occassionally read my letters. For customers that are currently not reading my letters, click here. When you sign-up on the mailing list use a good email address, if you are not recieving your codes then you need to sign-up with a better email address.

Our Pop-Up Blocker Policy

I have several revenue streams that I use to buy leads, one of which is my pop-up traffic. I use a JavaScript to detect pop-up blockers. If my system detects a pop-up blocker that person's ads will go to the trash that day, if the violations continue more than 3 times in a 30 day period we'll send all that person's ads to the trash permanently. Please disable your pop-up blocker now.

I Farm Out my Client Services / Technical Support To A 3rd Party Named Support Solutions

Our product and service support is provided on a 3rd party basis by some of the people that work here. I do not provide support with my products and services because I have gone to great lengths to make the system so easy to use that a child could do it. We've found that 90% of support requests could be avoided if the end user actually took the time to read policies. If you did what you were supposed to do then everything will be fine. If you didn't then we're here to help you but there will be a small service charge.

Minimum Equipment Requirements

I design all of my pages, submitters, and scripts using Windows 7 and Windows 10 with the Chrome and FireFox browsers and a 1280x720 screen resolution, should you decide to use a different configuration then you may view my pages different and my submitters may not function properly for you. I advise against using virus software over a medium setting as we've found higher settings tend to not make my submit buttons visible.

I Don't Allow Over Submitting

One of my more abused rules is my over submitting rule. There are limits on how often you can submit. Many of the programs produced by me allow you to submit "unlimited" ads. I create "unlimited" programs for people who have more than one opportunity to promote. People who purchase and use "unlimited" advertising programs from me are expected to use discretion when advertising. An example of discretionary advertising would be:

An example would be if you have a membership to the Highly Targeted Submitter and a membership to the Marketing Pro Submitter. Let's say you're using Marketing Pro Submitter, you can advertise as many different items as you wish as long as they have different subject lines and they're on different websites. You can do that every 3 hours, you have to change the subject line each time you submit and not use the same subject line more than once every 24 hours. While you're doing that on Marketing Pro Submitter you can be doing the exact same thing on Highly Targeted Submitter at the same time. This applies the same way with however many paid submitters you own. The more submitters you own, the more ads you can send out.

Subscription Payments

Many of the services I offer are on subscriptions. You can cancel your subscription at anytime by submitting a support ticket with Support Solutions. Be very descriptive, tell me the email address you used, the name used and the name of the program you're cancelling. The membership will be terminated the day I process the request, if you don't want the membership to be terminated immediately then post it in Support Solutions the day before you want it cancelled, so I get to it in time to do that. It's important that you understand that the day you cancel is the same day that your membership will be terminated so do not cancel the subscription until you are ready for the membership to end.

10 Minute Submission Delay

I have a submission restriction of 10 minutes between each submission made by a user. This security protocol was started because of unscrupulous members who submitted ads over and over and that caused leads to quickly unsubscribe and without quality leads nobody can succeed. By submitting responsibly this will ensure a better quality submission for everyone.

Lead Distribution

I have been asked on several occasions to clarify the number of leads that a member is sending to at any given time. For example, if a submission program sends to thirty million leads daily and the database contains the full 30 million leads, then:

1 user is sending to all 30,000,000 leads per day.
10 users are sending to 3,000,000 leads each per day.
100 users are sending to 300,000 leads each per day.
1000 users are sending to 30,000 leads each per day.

How The Leads Are Selected For Each Member

The leads that a member sends to are selected randomly each time a submission is made to avoid a member sending ads to the same person repeatedly. I limit the sale of each submission program using a proprietary algorithm that takes into consideration several factors, such as but not limited to:

The age and quality of the leads.

AdBoost Codes Will Increase Your Submission Performance

We're offering several basic ways to earn AdBoost Codes, like reading some material or answering a questionaire or educating yourself on a few of my less followed rules. Some people are too busy and they asked me to sell them AdBoost Codes so I set up a few packages but I try to encourage people to earn AdBoost Codes in the ways I intended originally. How I Keep It All Running For You

I reserve the right to select the most cost effective means of advertising for my customers. I use a variety of advertising methods such as, but not limited to, double-opt-in email submission, pop-under ads, surf programs, FFA programs, The GAS Booster, safelists and paid to read emails. The method I choose to advertise for my customers on any given day is based on the revenue available to me at that time. Based on that available revenue I may choose to use any of the above mentioned means of advertising for my customers but do not limit ourselves to only those means. I prefer double opt-in email marketing and my own creation "The GAS Booster".

It all basically boils down to money, if a little money is generated, we'll get a little bit of advertising for you and if a lot of money is generated, we'll get a lot of advertising for you. I can't spend money I don't have.

The clients that purchase lifetime memberships must disable their pop-up blocker and view my ads. That is one of the policies herein that you agreed to comply with when you joined and when you check the box everytime you submit an ad. By viewing my pop-up ads you generate ad revenue that is used to acquire new leads for your submitters. If you block the pop-ups and you generate no ad revenue then you get no leads. Eventually there will be no leads left in your database and you'll be sending your ads nowhere.

The clients that opted for the monthly subscription plan never have to see ads because a portion of their small monthly fee is used to top off the leads database daily.
